It’s our pleasure to announce our latest signing to the Partisan Records family, Sallie Ford & the Sound Outside.

Sallie, originally an Asheville, N.C. native, moved to Portland, OR in 2006 and began playing solo performances around town till meeting up with Alaskan natives Tyler Tornfelt (Upright Bass) and Ford Tennis (Drums) and eventually meeting Jeffrey Munger (Lead Guitar) to form the Sound Outside.

Sallie Ford & the Sound Outside play genuine and impassioned blues rock and roll, with the cornerstone of the band being Ford’s unique and stirring voice.

The band will be playing this years SXSW festival, with all performances to be announced soon, but fans can continue to check for updates over at the events page HERE.
